Ms. Cassandra is a Senior Partner at Callidus Legal, where she has been an integral part of
the firm since 2013. She began her career in Admiralty and Maritime Law with the Chambers
of Senior Advocate S. Venkiteswaran and later completed her LL.B. from Government Law
College, University of Mumbai (2006), enrolling with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
After several years of independent practice in Mumbai, she relocated to Kerala, joined
Callidus Legal, and transferred her enrolment to the Bar Council of Kerala. She is also a Life
Member of the Kerala High Court Advocates’ Association.
Her core areas of practice include Admiralty & Maritime Law, Company and Corporate Law,
and both litigation and non-litigation work. She regularly represents clients before Courts,
Customs Tribunals, Arbitration Panels, and Consumer Fora.
Ms. Cassandra is experienced in drafting and reviewing a wide range of cross-border
commercial and industry-specific documents, including Master Service Agreements,
Shipbuilding Contracts, Charter Party Agreements, Fixture Notes, Shareholding
Agreements, and Tenders.
With deep expertise in maritime practice, she provides clear, strategic legal opinions and
actively mentors interns and young lawyers across Callidus Legal’s India and UAE offices.
